Refund policy

Ditexx products are digital. After you buy, you get access to the course, files, or community attached to that product.

If something is broken, missing, or not what was described, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right. Recurring memberships can be canceled so you are not billed again.

Refund requests are handled through your Whop purchase. Use the contact page if you need help finding that.
